Please feel free to ask us any questions you have about financing options, credit card payments, and bank drafts. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Unless other arrangements have been made, full payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

For your convenience, we will submit your insurance claims. Please remember, the insurance company, not our office, determines what fees will be covered. Estimated coverage is not a guarantee of payment. All fees are your responsibility. Please notify us of any changes in employment, insurance coverage, etc., in writing.
